Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To register and use the rnb69 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rnb69 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is unlawful or where rnb69 has specifically restricted access.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of rnb69 or any of its affiliated operators or game providers, without prior written consent.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with rnb69 or any third-party responsible gaming registry.

Account Registration

To access the full range of rnb69 services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Single Account Rule: Each individual person may hold only one Account on the rnb69 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, rnb69 may close all associated accounts and confiscate balances pending investigation.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
4. Notification of Compromise: If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify rnb69 Support immediately. rnb69 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account but cannot accept liability for losses incurred before notification is received.
5. Account Maintenance: You are responsible for keeping your registered details current. Changes to name, address, payment methods, or contact information must be communicated to rnb69 Support and may require additional KYC documentation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

rnb69 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of financial crime. As part of this commitment, all players are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are approved and at any other point rnb69 deems appropriate.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, or valid passport)
• Proof of current residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence — not older than 3 months)
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., bank account statement matching registered name for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri accounts; screenshot of OVO, DANA, or GoPay account profile)
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, where required for enhanced verification

rnb69 will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion. Providing fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Deposits

rnb69 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Supported methods currently include bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 for bank transfers; Rp 20.000 for e-wallet methods, unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• Processing time: Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited instantly during standard banking hours. Off-peak or system-maintenance periods may result in processing times of up to 24 hours.
• Deposit fees: rnb69 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees independently of rnb69.
• Currency: All transactions on rnb69 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rnb69 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you and that originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Failed or pending deposits: If a deposit amount is debited from your bank account but does not appear in your rnb69 balance within the expected timeframe, contact Support immediately with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion: Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending or failed verification will have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is resolved.
• Matching payment method: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. rnb69 reserves the right to require proof of ownership for all withdrawal destinations.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing time: rnb69 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 business day, depending on the payment method selected and the status of any ongoing security review. rnb69 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes and is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
• Withdrawal fees: rnb69 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Fees applied by receiving banks or e-wallet providers are outside rnb69's control.
• Right to review: rnb69 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

rnb69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published with the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion and who are in good standing under these Terms. Players who have self-excluded or requested account restrictions are not eligible for any promotional offers.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while certain table games contribute a lower percentage.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds not utilised within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice. Expiry dates are stated in each promotion.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a second bonus while a first remains active may result in one or both being voided.
5. Abuse Prevention: rnb69 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically low-risk wagering to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, and coordinated play patterns designed to exploit promotional mechanics. If abuse is detected, rnb69 may void the bonus and any associated winnings, and may suspend the Account.
6. Changes to Promotions: rnb69 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before it is withdrawn will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on rnb69 are supplied by licensed and independently audited third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. The rules governing individual games are determined by those providers and are available within each game interface.

• rnb69 does not modify game outcomes or alter published Return to Player (RTP) rates. All games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be resolved automatically according to the game engine's standard logic. rnb69 is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions outside its control.
• Bets placed and accepted prior to a disconnection are binding. rnb69 will not reverse accepted wagers on grounds of connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Where a game malfunction or software error occurs that affects a game's outcome, rnb69 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts. Winnings paid in error due to a software fault may be reclaimed by rnb69.
• Maximum payout limits per single game round or per day may apply, as published within individual game interfaces or in the Platform's general rules section. rnb69 reserves the right to limit any unusual or high-value winning outcome pending verification.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the rnb69 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with rnb69.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the minimum age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not available through normal gameplay.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the Platform in any manner associated with money laundering or the financing of illegal activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or external parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rnb69 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code, game logic, or back-end infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rnb69 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, user interface design, written content, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rnb69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit copying, distributing, modifying, republishing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written consent from rnb69. All intellectual property rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Privacy & Data Protection

rnb69 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and should be read together with them. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood rnb69's Privacy Policy.

rnb69 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications where consent has been obtained. rnb69 does not sell player data to third parties. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rnb69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected gaming winnings.
• Loss of data or damage to devices arising from accessing the Platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure providers, banking systems, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions that have been promptly disclosed and rectified by rnb69.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rnb69's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, rnb69's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rnb69 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate a Player's Account at any time, subject to the following provisions:

• Player-initiated closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting rnb69 Support. Any verified Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method following successful KYC verification, subject to any pending investigations or outstanding wagering requirements.
• rnb69-initiated closure: rnb69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where continuing to operate the Account would create regulatory or legal risk for rnb69.
• Balances on termination: In cases of closure due to Player fraud or material breach, rnb69 reserves the right to withhold all balances, including Real Money Balances, pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, forfeited balances may be donated to a responsible gaming charity at rnb69's discretion.
• Survival of clauses: Clauses 10 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Governing Law), and 16 (Contact) survive termination of a Player's Account and remain in full force and effect.

Amendments to These Terms

rnb69 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rnb69 will provide notice by posting a revised version on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date, and may send a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. rnb69 encourages players to check the Terms & Conditions page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction under which rnb69 holds its gaming licence. References to Indonesian law are included solely to clarify the market context and player eligibility requirements; they do not constitute a submission by rnb69 to any Indonesian jurisdiction or court.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, rnb69 encourages players to first contact Support to seek an informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to the competent dispute resolution body specified by rnb69's licensing authority.

rnb69 does not submit to any jurisdiction, court, or arbitral body that would require the application of Indonesian domestic law to govern its operations, licensing, or the enforceability of these Terms.
